因 XP SP2 好似有 maximum # of concurrent TCP connection attempts, 如果试得太多次，你架机或人地架机都唔得閒招呼，你拒绝人地, 或者人地拒绝你, vice versa.. 就即系 refuse to establish connection。 T7|= `~

如果系自己架既问题，最快就关闭晒 IE 再黎过，再唔系就 reboot 架机，clear 晒，一定 connect 啦！ Y$#6%`*#>n
