这个我问题我常见，基本都系 Net Traffic Congestion 引至，等得太久，无 response ， time out 死左咯！再黎过就得啦！ R,b O{2O

另外，就系你响 background 有好多 download jobs run 緊；你 quota 用晒，无得 connect。 (2a"W`

因 XP SP2 好似有 maximum # of concurrent TCP connection attempts, 如果试得太多次，你架机或人地架机都唔得閒招呼，你拒绝人地, 或者人地拒绝你, vice versa.. 就即系 refuse to establish connection。 }sN9QgE

如果系自己架既问题，最快就关闭晒 IE 再黎过，再唔系就 reboot 架机，clear 晒，一定 connect 啦！ 7ump:|
