　　該劇以同名小說爲原型，講述了聚集在「增山超能力事務所」的人們運用超能力幫助人們解決案件的故事。
　　田中直樹主演冬季深夜劇《增山超能力師事務所》，《草莓之夜》譽田哲也同名小說改編，講述一群超能力者集結成爲「增山超能力師事務所」的成員，爲解決委托人的煩惱而奔走，當中主角爲擁有強大能力的「一級超能力師」增山圭太郎（田中直樹），雖然口頭禅是「真麻煩」但大受女性歡迎。
　　他手下有三位「二級超能力師」，高原笃志（淺香航大）經常想色色的事被罵，很想脫離見習生涯。住吉悅子（中村友理）是才色兼備的前女暴走族長，擅於變裝潛入搜查，暗暗喜歡所長。中井健（柄本時生）討厭人類大愛二次元，是尋找貓狗的達人。此外還有非超能力者大谷津朋江（平田敦子），是擔當經理人的大嬸。
　　此外還有高鍋逸雄（鹿賀丈史），他是增山的前上司，日本超能力師協會專務理...
